Service Terms and Customer Responsibilities

Peaceful Haven Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Surrey, Langley, and nearby areas in British Columbia.

All bookings are subject to staff availability, property condition, and location. Prices, promotions, and service offerings may change without prior notice.

 

Customers agree to:

 

Provide safe access to the property and inform us of any special instructions or hazards.

Secure valuables and fragile items before service begins.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

If our team arrives and cannot gain access, the full service fee may still apply. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or unsecured fixtures.

Payments, Liability, and Satisfaction Guarantee

Payment is due at or before the time of service by e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Applicable taxes will be added to all invoices.

Peaceful Haven Cleaning Services is insured and strives to provide professional, high-quality service. However, we are not liable for:

Normal wear from standard cleaning.

Loss or damage to items.

 

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, arrange a re-clean or appropriate resolution.

 Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Governing Law

All website content, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Peaceful Haven Cleaning Services and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Personal information collected through our website or bookings is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
